Dosage: Adults and Elderly- One capsule daily. Swallow whole with water.

Specifically formulated in line with the Dietary Reference Values (DRVs) it contains 24 vitamins and minerals at sufficient levels to provide nutritional support for adults and children from the age of 12 years.
